This video discusses the 15 minute city concept and focuses a great deal on “The Line”. This is a concept city that is being planned on the Arabian peninsula. It is being sold as this wondrous place but look beneath the glamorous veneer and it is nothing more than a prison or even execution chamber. The masses will have their small personal space (cell) and some lovely common areas but never be able to leave. Once you have the masses in their areas. They are under constant surveillance and housed in such small numbers that they could never possibly rise up. Then the overlords have no reason to keep the places up or to even keep the food flowing or lights on. Lock them all in and throw away the keys and then worlds population problem goes away… It’s like marching them into the gas chambers.
