This is a great discussion on how Tesla had experimented with directed energy weapons technology. He had attempted to suppress the tech but it is believed in this persons mind that the US government possesses the tech. He goes on to tie the tech to the destruction of the World Trade Centers on 9/11. I often had stated the the building reintegrated and did not collapse. I even said to myself that it appears that something created a resonance at a frequency that turned the concrete to a fine powder. This even demonstrates how something caused solid steel to turn to powder. Pretty compelling.
