A nice concise video on HAARP and what it could be doing. I find this more plausible than CO2 for climate changes, not that the climate has changed considerably. My own son says, “there was always snow on Christmas when I was a kid”. Like his observations of his immediate surroundings over his short 20 years on this planet are sufficient to build a case for global climate change. This is not to single him out on this. Most people fall into this subjective analysis to build a conclusion.
