I expect this is a Member of Parliament from the United Kingdom. The room he is in, the fact he says they are British and he mentions his comrades, “on this side of the house”, all points to this conclusion. What throws me off is the tuxedo. I did not expect this to be standard dress for this setting. Regardless, this man is awesome. The level of wit is off the chart. Each line he speaks is a backhanded yet disarming and funny, hit on his opponents position on climate change and wokeness in general. A great listen!!!!
