Elon Musk posted this deepfake of a Kamala Harris ad. Gavin Newsome has now signed into law a bill making it illegal to do deepfakes videos in California. Can you say unconstitutional? Parody is legally protected free speech!!! Also, nothing in this is wrong and that is my legally protected right to my opinion and free expression thereof.
