This video examines the mandates to US military personnel. The way it seemed concerted to get the approval so a mandate would be legal. The approval came on 1 day before the mandate came down for military personnel. The FDA knew of cardiac issues ahead of the fast track approval. The FDA Director simply stated, we put the risk of cardiac issue on the label. So that makes it better. Informed consent means both informed of the risks but also able to decline to participate.
