Styx goes into more detail on the fact that any issues with the 2022 outcome by the GOP was a direct result of Mitch McConnell’s lust for power. He so much wants power that he would kneecap the GOP candidates in order to be the minority leader rather than move aside and allow the party to take it to the Dems. Styx states that if the GOP drops MAGA he will go campaign for the left. I agree with the sentiment but I would likely just abandon the party and politics. I could not force myself to pull the lever for a Democrat. They are just too wrong on too many issues. Issues that I do have a moral compass on. Styx mentions the rights past efforts with the Tea Party but it included Judeo-Christian morality in the platform which turned him off. I agree to keep the issues political but abortion until birth and even after is now a constitutional right in my state. I will never support people that support such evil acts. Even if an individual candidate tried to distance themselves from this policy, they are still aligned with a party that promotes it as one of their central issues. Can’t do it…period!!!
