This is crazy. We all know how much stuff has increased over the past few years. Jeremy at The quartering found a video of a guy that had an online Wal-Mart order from 4 years ago. I had 45 items and came to around $125. The order had a reorder all items button. He clicked it. The same order today with the same 45 items came up to $414. That is nearly a 400% increase. I loved how the moderators at the recent CNN Presidential debate threw out a questions to Joe using an example of groceries that cost $100 four years ago now costing $125. I nearly choked when they said it. This, of course, was deliberate underreporting how bad inflation really has been. I believe this guy’s real world example more than CNN fake new!!!
