This is incredibly damning for the Secret Service. You have only 2 choices at this stage. Either this elite protection service is completely incompetent or they at the minimum stood down, maximum were involved in the attempt. Too many things that should never occur happened in that day. These things just don’t happen. Occam’s Razor. The Secret Service sniper team said they could not see the shooter. They had an elevated position. This person captured the shooter from ground level!!!
